Team Ryan Hess

I started this blog for many reasons. I plan to explain more about those reasons later, but this is one of them. Below is a link to a blog for Team Ryan Hess, who is someone I went to high school with.

Ryan was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma in summer of 2009. He was given somewhere around a 35% chance to live, but it was recently confirmed that he is in remission.

Ryan has been unable to work since he was diagnosed. Ryan’s wife is currently working part time and they have two kids to take care of. Ryan is a federal employee. A way was set up for other federal employees to easily donate to his family. There is also a way for non-federal employees to donate through Wells Fargo under the Ryan Hess Donation Fund.

Please donate anything you can, or at least spread the word so Ryan’s family can receive the help they need. Thank you!
